Pole Fitness
This effective workout combines toning with fun. The JW Method of pole fitness is zero impact and freat for all fitness levels. This class enables participants to gain the strength necessary to move successfully and beautifully on the pole.

Fitness Classes

Intro to Pole
New Students MUST start here. All fitness levels welcome to attend. Please wear short spandex shorts, no jewelry, no lotions, bring a water bottle. This class is repeatable. This class is designed to give you an introduction to pole, what is expected of you and what you can expect from us. You will learn basic moves and spins.

 

Level 1 Pole
Introduces beginners to the world of pole fitness. Starting with basic spins and conditioning to build up strength and flexibility.
 
Level 2 Pole
Starts with inverts. Giving polers the technique to strengthen their full body, working into transitions and combo spins. Polers will enter a new world of upside down pole.
Level 3 & 4 Pole
For Intermediate and Advanced polers who are able to work through combos with strong inversions. Polers will be working on stronger grips, turns, and swings. Flexibility will increase.

Aerial Silks and Lyra

Intro to Silks
New Students start here. All fitness levels welcome to attend. This class is designed to introduce and educate about aerial arts so you will not just have fun learning a new sport but be able to perform the techniques safely. Please wear long sleeve shirts and fitted leggings, no jewelry, no lotions, bring a water bottle.
Kids Silks (Ages 5+)
Children will enjoy a fun work out while developing confidence, strength, and technique. This class is open to all levels. Please wear long sleeve shirts and fitted leggings, no jewelry, no lotions, bring a water bottle.
Teen Silks
In this class teens will develop strength, technique, and confidence in a safe and fun environment especially designed just for them. Please wear long sleeve shirts and fitted leggings, no jewelry, no lotions, bring a water bottle.
Adult Silks
These classes are for adults of all levels who have previously taken OUR intro class. Classes will include a great warm up, conditioning, and silk techniques. Please wear long sleeve shirts and fitted leggings, no jewelry, no lotions, bring a water bottle.
Lyra/Aerial Hoop
Learn to dance in an aerial while developing strength, flexibility, and musicality. Please wear long sleeve shirts and fitted leggings, no jewelry, no lotions, bring a water bottle.

 

Fab Pole
This class is a beautiful combination of aerial silks and pole. This class is a great opportunity to learn new moves and flow. Please wear long sleeve shirts and fitted leggings, no jewelry, no lotions, bring a water bottle.
